King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain on Tuesday expressed his pleasure whenever he met with HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and underlined that holding the Arab Summit in Qatar confirms the keenness to strengthen the Arab national security.

In a statement upon arrival at Doha International Airport on Tuesday to take part in the Arab Summit, the Bahraini monarch said that the Arab world is facing variables and significant challenges that have great and direct impacts on the countries and peoples of the Arab nation, which prompt us to be more determined to move forward in closer cohesion and cooperation.

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed hope that the 24th Arab Summit, chaired by HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, would represent an important milestone towards achieving the goals and aspirations of the Arab people, starting a new stage of development and freedom, contributing to further strengthening the Arab relations and opening wider areas of fruitful cooperation between the Arab countries.
